I found the following printed on a menu at The Black Duck Freehouse. I thought is was interesting and copied it onto a napkin.

The Selkirk Grace

Some hae meat,
and some canna eat,
and some wad eat
that want it:
But we hae meat,
and we can eat--
and sae the Lord
be thank it.
